About KW Fitness
Founded in 2012, KW Fitness is a private personal training studio in Vestal and Fayetteville, NY dedicated to getting results!
We help you achieve this through a systematic and progressive approach that includes: cardio, resistance training, nutrition, supplementation and accountability. Each program we provide starts with a very comprehensive evaluation of your current fitness level.
We simply perform the evaluation to give you a starting point to achieve all of your goals because we are here to provide you with exceptional personal fitness services through functional movement and wellness.
Next we create a personalized program based on your evaluation and your personal goals. Whether your goals are weight-loss oriented, to improve your general fitness or even to correct your body after an injury, our desire is to better help you achieve this in an intimate way with specialized attention to your needs.
