About KW Fitness

Founded in 2012, KW Fitness is a private personal training studio in Vestal and Fayetteville, NY dedicated to getting results!

 Here’s what you get:

1. Assessment and Goal Setting – Your KW Fitness program begins by evaluating your starting point and setting realistic goals and action steps for your first 4 weeks.

2. Individualized Programming and Coaching – Then, your coach will construct an appropriate exercise plan based on your fitness level.

3. Support and Accountability – In addition, you will meet with your coach each week to receive nutritional guidance, education, and support with sustainable habits to achieve your goals.

4. Re-Assessment and Program Update – Every 4 weeks, you’ll have an assessment to show you your progress, set goals for the next 4 weeks, and keep you motivated to keep going.
